Lakeview Terrace is the first multi-family condo project by Highstreet in the Nanaimo area. There are not many similar projects on the market in the region, so this made it challenge to process data and build prediction models to help our client sell with certainty.

Our strategy focussed on two key areas to bring residents home to North Nanaimo:
1. Selling North Nanaimo:
We needed to paint the picture of the lively, amenity rich North Nanaimo area. Our marketing campaigns made key distinctions between North Nanaimo and central Nanaimo.
2. Audience Segmentation:
We built custom audience targeting algorithms based on the developers user personas from a recent project. We modified these and double down on the local audiences that were high converting.

Lakeview Terrace was our fastest sold project to date. We sold out the project out in 3.5 months with the holiday slow-down in the middle of the sales cycle. Needless to say, our client was impressed!
