Our Performance.
-
Cawston is Innocept Development’s largest project to date and the developer was required to hit their fast approaching financing requirement with several competing projects launching in the municipal area. We fully integrated with Innocept’s internal team to intelligently manage all the market variables.
-
Our strategy was accelerated by Innocept’s ease of collaboration and trust in our technical processes.
1. Strong Branding:
We developed a strong brand and visual identity for Cawston. The brand extended to innovative presentation centre design, videos campaigns and very strong signage—physical and digital.
2. High-Performance Ad Buying:
We built custom integrations with the developers CRM, which enabled a fully integrated media buying approach. We flooded the system with pre-qualified leads and built smart follow up funnels.
3. Influencer Channel Partners:
We engaged influencers and channel partners to reach shared audiences that greatly accelerated results.
-
The Cawston project was one of our greatest successes because of the fully integrated relationship with the developer. We built a world-class brand with both digital and physical brand assets.
The Cawston project sold out in just over 6 months with tight controls on ad spend that attributed to buyers segments to their unique acquisition cost.
