  • St Paul was Innocept’s first project engaging a fully integrated digital system for project launch and lead generation. As such, our firm was facing the industry norms of spending most of the budget on traditional media and outside sales representatives. Our challenge was to shatter this notion, and lead a digital-first approach for our clients future projects.

  • We wanted to prove to our client that business as usual was about to be disrupted and our strategy needed to be innovative like the developer is known to be.

    1. Search Optimization

    Our branded search campaigns needed a robust negative keyword campaign to prevent irrelevant clicks based on the widely searched name. We structured campaigns to only bid on users interested in real estate.

    2. Data Driven Creative:

    Expert media buyer and CMO Graeme, and Creative Director Matt really hit their stride by quickly developing new creative based on leading market indicators of demand. We changed featured benefits, copy style and even colours based on the data. It was high-performance media buying and dynamic creative at it’s finest.

    3. Influencer Channel Partners:

    We engaged influencers and channel partners to reach shared audiences that greatly accelerated results.

  • St Paul was a highly successful collaboration after taking on the project from another agency that wasn’t getting results. We engaged a data-first approach and proved that not all agencies are equal. The strength of this project was in the fast execution of new creative based on market indicators.

    The results were astounding and we hit financing targets and sales targets beyond the market predictions.
