  • Sky Gate was Highstreet’s first condo developments for purchase as they pivoted from their rental division. We needed to leverage our experience in the industry to help set up their processes, technology and CRM to be the dominant player they are today in multi-family housing development.

  • Sky Gate is our largest project to date and to properly launch this many condos we engaged a tiered launch strategy.

    1. Predictive Analytics

    We conducted deep data analysis of the market trends and patterns of buyer segments to anticipate demand and structure messaging.

    2. Digital-First Launch

    We engaged a digital-first approach and launched exclusive Webinars that included live broadcast from the property site. All advertising was directed digitally.

    3. Algorithmic Media Buying

    We engaged our data-science process to build audience targeting methods that double-down on high-converting keywords and interest segments. We exceeded ambitious user acquisition targets.

  • Sky Gate has been our biggest project to date and has set the new precedent for a digital-first project launch and sell out sequence for new multi-family developments. We hit the financing and sell out requirements several months earlier than expectation.

    This project was mid-pandemic and our system proved that real estate buyers are open to modern ways to discover, interact and transact with real estate offerings in a digitally integrated experience.
